Moose Lodge 1245 / WOTM Chapter 865 Home

HAPPY NEW YEAR! We would like to invite all members to join us on New Year's Day to watch football and enjoy all that Whitehall Moose offers you. The lodge will open at 1 pm so you may watch the football games, enjoy some refreshments and have some pork and sauerkraut. On January 2nd, lodge opens at noon, so members can stop in and watch the Gator Bowl. This is a POT LUCK day just like all OSU games. Join in the fun and start the new year at your lodge. January will start a new era for Whitehall 1245, new events and a few changes to make our lodge the place to be any time of year. I hope all our members will come in and see what the lodge and officers have to offer. Special dates to remember along with the Gator Bowl, horseshoes will be having a spaghetti dinner on the 13th, also a Snow Horseshoe Tournament on the 14th. Like to pitch try this new time of year event. "Two John's No Waiting" will be entertaining us on the 21st, at 7 pm, dinner will also be served. These guys are very fun and entertaining! Every Monday the lodge will be offering a free bowl of soup, different soup each Monday. More events are schedule please read your newsletter and check out the calendar. We miss seeing you! HELLO MEMBERS LIKE TO WISH EVERYONE A HAPPY NEW YEAR, AND HOPE YOUR PAST YEAR WAS A GOOD ONE. WOULD LIKE TO SEE MORE MEMBERS PATRONIZE THE LODGE MORE OFTEN. AND MAKE THIS A GREAT YEAR WE NEED YOUR HELP AND SUPPORT TO SURVIVE. EVERY MONTH AT 8PM, STILL WOULD LIKE TO SEE MORE OFFICERS AND WOTM AT OUR DISTRICT MEETINGS IF YOU NEED TRANSPORTATION SEE ME OR KEN FRIDLEY. THE NEXT ONE IS JANUARY 15TH AT WORTHINGTON LODGE. PLEASE KEEP THE PRAYERS GOING FOR ED CORTZS, AND OUR OTHER ILL MEMBERS. WE ARE PLANNING SOME NEW ACTIVITIES THIS MONTH SO CHECK YOUR CALENDER. ALSO YOU CAN STILL GET YOUR DUES PAID IF YOU SIGN UP 2 NEW MEMBERS OR PERHAPS A MEMBER THAT HAS DROPPED HIS MEMBERSHIP. IF YOU KNOW ANY ONE WHO HAS PLEASE TALK TO THEM AND SEE IF WE CAN GET THEM BACK WOULD LIKE TO THANK EVERYONE WHO DONATED TO OUR FOOD BASKETS, WE HELPED 8 FAMILIES THIS YEAR. WOTM HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hope every had a good Christmas. Santa arrived and has gone back North, we had a lot fun at the kid's Christmas party, sorry you missed it. I would like to thank Bill and Saundra Rose, their daughter, melissa and granddaughter, Hallies for their help at the party. My niece, Theresa and my son, his mother-in-law, Tina my daughter. Avery special thank-you to Christine Drake and Craig Kline and of course Santa, himself. The Christmas bear was won by Hallie, Bill Rose's granddaughter.
